The apartments were good. But the infrastructure is not fine. All damaged infrastructure. But yeah I think it's fine.
Kutztown University is an amazing school. You can make something of your self there. However I do not think I would live in Golden Bear West again. I lived there for 2 years at Kutztown. It was upsetting to me that it is so expensive to live in these on campus dorms but you have to deal with complications in receiving mail and are looked down upon.
