If 0 stars were available that’s what they would get from me. Not only did they break our contract by locking us out of our unit before 30 days “late”, they never gave us a notice of any kind that they didn’t receive our payment. If they offered online payments this wouldn’t have even happened cause the check wouldn’t have gotten lost in the mail. They called us both to tell us about a late fee but didn’t say anything about we were getting locked out. We both called back within 2-3 minutes of missing their calls. No answer. ... read more

Cleaned out and waiting for security deposits . Will they do it? We will see lol
