I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. I went in for a flat tire, and the service advisor informed me that my wheel was bent and needed attention. When I asked to speak with a technician to better understand how the damage occurred, she repeatedly told me the technician was “not available,” which was frustrating and unhelpful. This lack of transparency and inconsistent communication. Beware
Never recommended this dealer especially the sales manager just wastage of time think 10 times before going to purchase car he change a words too quickly and staff very rude they don’t even care
Service was good. Excellent customer service. Just a little more costly than I had hoped.
I really enjoy coming to this dealership. The staff is always so polite, pleasant and professional. Great service from beginning to end.
