In 25 years of leasing from building owners and property managers Christa is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. I leased from Kutzer for 7 years and never missed a payment at the Walnut Hill Building. When it was time to renew the lease she asked if I was going to renew I said yes. I asked for new terms and she explained what the owners would be willing to do and I agreed.
