Stopped by due to living close and in the market for a trailer. AWESOME customer service and very knowledgeable. Got a great deal on exactly what I wanted and wasn't upselled on something I did not need or want. I will be taking all my trailers here for future service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
I bought a trailer from these guys. I offered them less than they were asking and they accepted. I was VERY pleased with the speed of the whole process. They have their own notary. I pulled in their, looked at the trailer, paid for it, and did the title transfer and left, ALL IN TEN MINUTES!!!! Often with this type of stuff you gotta figure on a good hour of messing around. Big thumbs up to Arlene! Highly recommend these guys!
We got exactly what we needed from Kutz and had excellent service both before and after the sale. When we had an issue with a wheel cap months later, they were prompt with resolving it. Great small family business to support!
