I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived just 6 minutes late for my appointment, and the stylist Anila refused to take me without any flexibility or courtesy. I understand the importance of being on time, but being completely turned away for such a small delay felt extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. No one contacted me in advance or offered an alternative. I ended up wasting my time and felt completely disrespected. I do not recommend this salon based on how they treat their clients.
