I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience today. My 7 year old has been excitedly counting the days until her appointment, but got a sudden intense wave of anxiety upon arrival. Miss Kathi was NO pressure, super thorough in explaining things to her and just absolutely kind, selfless and downright inspiring. I left with a daughter who was super proud of herself for conquering her fear. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the experience we had today. Thank you!!

I have never been to a cleaner, more knowledgeable piercer than Kathi. She has done all of my piercings for the past 5 years and she just pierced my 4 year olds ears today and she was so amazing with her! My daughter walked out of the shop saying “Kathi is SO nice!” I’ll never go anywhere else! 💜

Was pierced by Kathi for the first time today, as someone who isn’t a huge fan of needles, I can honestly say it was an awesome experience! She’s so knowledgeable and down to earth, so fun to BS with. After my practically painless piercings, I started to get a little pale and she had me lay down, gave me a glucose chew and water, and just talked to me for a few minutes. It was so kind and caring and I instantly felt better. Would DEFINITELY recommend her!

I've been coming to see Kathi since I was 18. She's fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, always down for good conversation, and most importantly, CLEAN! She even helped my daughter heal a piercing (done in another state) that wasn't doing well. Love that she explained everything to my teenager in terms that she could understand.
