We've been coming here for years. Great Vets, great techs, great everybody. Very nice place.
I'm so impressed with staff at Kutter. They are professional yet personable and easy to speak with. The care my animals receive, whether it be clinic side or in doggy day care is always top notch. It's easy to tell they love my animals as much as I do and care about their health and well-being. Thank you Kutter Pet Care for all you have done for my fur babies!!!
Very unhappy with this clinic. We took our sick dog here and they said she needed an x-ray. Took her back, did the x ray then came out and told us they shouldn't have done it because our dog was too underweight from being sick to see anything but still charged us $145 for it! If they knew what they were doing they would have told us that BEFORE the x ray but instead did it just to take our money. I will never go back here again, will not recommend to anyone and will be calling to speak to a supervisor in the morning.
We are new to the area, and Kutter Pet Care Center was recommended by a co-worker. We've had to take our dog there under emergency circumstances, and now our cat for failing health. What could be horrifying experiences were made so much easier by their professional and caring staff. We were given samples of foods to try to help cut down cost and waste, and great information on how to make our pet live as healthy a life as she can for as long as she can. They are honest, compassionate and caring. They cried right along with us when we lost our dog to cancer. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.
