Excellent shop...the ladies are professional, they tell you the truth about your hair. If you don't want the truth then don't ask. They don't try to sell you a bunch of un-needed products. Services are amazing. A lot of people have switched from Bella Donna to go there. Pricing is much less, but the service is much more. Ask for Casey she is great but the other ladies are amazing as well, they work together at times to work everyone that walks in that door. The beauticians were rather pushy in telling me what to do with my hair. I had only asked for three inches off and a few layers, however I left with 4 to 5 inches gone, virtually no layers, and bangs. Not to mention, my hair which is naturally very voluminous and thick now resembeles that of a cancer patient.
