Don't go to this guy, he is very rude and hates little kids. I was very upset about my 2 year old daughter not being seen right away in the ER. She was the smallest and youngest patient there. When I ask why can we not move her to the front? Charlie Kutner said very rude things and acted as if he did not care at all about my little girl. I was torn!!
