Zero stars if I could. This was considered a completed manicure. He was already going to start applying the primer coat to begin painting my nails.. he over filed my nails to the point that they felt so weak and brittle, there was no shape to my pinky. The previous polish was still on the sides and he was just going to paint over it. The place was filthy like an episode of hoarders.
In and out! I have been here twice on my lunch break and my nails are always cute
