I have been waiting over a week to get a new Rx for a medication that I have been taking for a long time to be called in to the pharmacy. The pharmacy also called this office. The only response was that the message was given to the provider and I would just have to wait until they responded. I need this med to rest at night so therefore there has been plenty of restless nights. The recording says to give them two business days to respond. Unacceptable that I have had to wait a week and still nothing!

I would like to thank The NP'of this office for the exceptional care provided to my Mom, prior to her recent passing. I would have given 5 stars, but because of the extreme rudeness of Nelly, who answers the phone at the front desk. This woman has no business answering the phone. She sounds like she doesn't even want to be there!

We had a very bad experience there recently with NP Dean Garza. We did not feel heard or listened to and we were cut off almost every time we spoke. If you are looking for a place that takes your health seriously, I HIGHLY recommend DO NOT go here.

I experience a bad visit with this Dr's office. I was in the patients waiting room for over a hour. I left and they office staff said they would refund my copay. That did not happen. There are many Dr's in the Corpus Christi area. That being said, avoid this one....
