Love Dr. HUH —- However, if you call the office be ready to waste at least a half hour!On at least five occasions, I’ve been on hold, waiting for a human to talk to. On three occasions, I hung up at the 20 minute mark. On the other two, after 15 minutes, I got cut off!I’ll try once more (because my family really likes Dr. Huh), then find another Dematologist.
I have been going to Dr Herzog for many years and am very happy. The wait times have decreased significantly and he spends a good amount of time with you. His bedside manner is the best . He delivered my children and has done some surgical procedures on me. All turned out great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
I've been a patient of Dr Huh for over a decade. She is kind and explains everything every time. She is so detailed when she is examining you, that you feel confident that if there is something wrong she would catch it. Yes, you have to make your appointments months in advance but that is because she is good and people want to see her. Would you really want to see a Doctor whose schedule was wide open all the time? No office communication. Heart monitor was never ordered. I ask staff 2x said I didn't need one. Weeks later I get a call from staff looking for return of monitor. Incomplete diagnosis, right branch bundle block completely missed. Prescribed 2 of the same class of meds by accident what would of happened if I hadn't questioned it? Had to go to the emerg room Memorial wknd due to side effects of drugs prescribed. In AGONY. Dr Ouzounian is extremely competent, professional, and personable. Without my having to even ask, he took the time to explain my condition, along with the various options for treatment. He did not rush through the office visit, and he answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He was also very affable and easy going. I felt very comfortable having Dr. Ouzounian provide my treatment. I highly recommend him!
I have been a patient of Dr. Eysler for many years. He is a caring doctor. He never rushes you and always answers questions. His support staff especially Stephanie and Bernadette are super caring and helpful. Yes, there is a wait. Some doctors are worth waiting for.
None of his support staff bothered to call patients that Goodwillie was running over an hour late. When I finally got to see the doctor it didn't even phase him to make an apology. I overheard him laughing with his assistant in the outer hallway that I needed to leave soon as I had been waiting 2 hours to see him. What the f
I walked into the waiting room that was packed. I was in and out in 35 minutes other places I would be there for hours. Doesn't show x-rays doesn't explain well because he needs the cash cow's moving
