Today was my first visit with Dr. Vasudeva. She was personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start. The examination was thorough and she was careful to get as much information as possible from me as well as give me as much information as she could, which I appreciate. Rather than target solely the gynecological area, she seems to care for whole health, which I also appreciate.
Had an appointment, asked if they take my insurance, was told yes. Went to appointment and was told they no longer take my insurance.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATIENT WILL DIE OF CANCER BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THIS DOCTOR. POOR PATIENT CARE
Nightmare getting through via phone. Doctor doesn't care enough to return messages left 3 days straight and 6. ( yes 6 ) calls and messages later. Zero professionalism
Dr. Vasudeva makes you feel comfortable, is very thorough, and overall a wonderful Doctor, catering to all your concerns and follows up with information as soon as they're retrieved. Highly recommended!!
