Had wrap work done by them that is peeling and have been trying for months to get it repaired. Have talked to multiple people and left multiple messages but nobody will call me back. Would not recommend any business that does stand behind their warrant or have the integrity to get back to their customers.
Honor your word. If your changing the business, be honest. You folks have lost my trust.
Its great to have a Triumph dealership in the Buffalo area and Kustom Workz is the perfect shop for it. My first impression was the enthusiasm of the staff, how helpful they were and pleasant to do business with. After 18 years away from motorcycling I decided on a modern classic, the T120, and then found myself wanting to experience a sport bike so I bought a second bike - the Speed Triple. Couldn’t be happier with my choices! Stopping in Kustom Workz is always fun – Thank you KUSTOM WORKZ!!!
