Our house was flooded after a water pipe broke in the attic. Kustom helped with the damage control and repair. Most of the house was renovated. One year after the repair, we found problems with the flooring, contacted Kustom, they sent team to estimate and scheduled to fix the floor quite quickly. The Mike and Thomas from the team was responsive, easy to communicate, and very professional. So happy that our house was taken care of by Kustom.

This company went out of the way to ensure all work was completed to my satisfaction. My tech was Dom and he was very polite and respectful. My family and I had a fire in February of this year, Ray came out to assist us and was extremely helpful. Offered not only to secure our home but helped us with water, shoes, sweaters, and trash bags to get our belongings out. The insurance company was pushing there own people but we decided on Ray and Kustom just because we felt that he truly cared about us and our home. 4 months later we were back in to our home and couldn't be happier.
