Was debating using these guys as i want some work done but based off of a phone call I had with whoever picked up their phone I will never use Kustom Muffler. I called at 3:40 pm on a Monday, which Google says they are open at that time. Firstly the employee cut me off 3 seconds into me talking. Secondly he doesn't just cut me off but he did it by absolutely copying me as I stumbled over my opening sentence. This is who you go to for help with anything muffler. I cannot speak for the other services offered but he saved us $800 today on muffler and tailpipe work. Another highly rated muffler place in Springfield quoted us over $850 saying we needed a whole new muffler and tailpipe. I was charged $60 here without a special order and waiting. While I was there, he actually admitted he didn’t know something very well to another customer and referred them to his friend down the road. They have new tires and I don't know know everything they sale. I know they did do inspections just call first. Nice people Mark and Linda Weatherford own the business.
