Can I give more than 5 stars? We used Kustom Locksmith Service, S.C.S.C. when we first moved in a few years ago. Excellent service. So, no doubt, we kept their business card. Today, I locked myself out. Called Kustom Locksmith Service immediately and they answered right away. Told me that they could have someone here in about 30 minutes....music to my ears!! (Thank God.) I had a deadbolt in a double door that wouldn’t line up with the strike plate when the weather changed. I took it into the Laguna Hills store, and the expert there informed me that it wasn’t a strike plate, it belonged on the deadbolt side. He couldn’t find a replacement, but with his info, I was encouraged to dig through the parts I saved from our original deadbolt and used that strike plate. Excellent service.
