NEVER COME HERE!!! I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Kustom Koncepts, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the very beginning, the customer service was lackluster, with employees seeming more interested in upselling me on unnecessary services than actually addressing my needs. Do not do business with this thief "Marley". Paid him in 2023 $1300 cash for parts to fix my vehicle (he would only take cash). He did not fix my car!!!! Said returned parts in March of 2024 and he and I agreed he would refund me $1050 - promised I would get refunded. Has not given me anything back. I called and texted daily and as of Nov 2024 he will not respond to anything. Told me numerous lies and different stories everytime... I need my $1050 back!!!!!!! BE AWARE OF THEFT AND UNRELIABLE WORK. The owner Marley received an insurance check from when I was rear-ended and has never touched my car since. Check was cashed immediately after receiving and now he has been avoiding me and ignoring me ever since. DON'T GET SCAMMED.
Stay clear of this individual and this shop ** but If you get into this shop and see my Orange and Black longbed C10 know that I have over 30k invested in this company in handing over "Marley" Howard Merlen Money for parts for my 1972 C10 truck build.
