The last time Dick cleaned our carpets he ran into the gutters on the front our house with his truck. He said not to worry he would pay for he repair; well he never did pay for the repair even after leaving him several messages and sending him a copy of the invoice....just find another company to clean your carpets it will be cheaper than paying for addl repairs to your home.
Do not hire this guy!!!!! He treats people like dirt!!
I have used Kustom Klean for almost 20 years. Dick does EXCELLENT work and his prices are more than fair. He always returns my phone calls to confirm a date and time. I have had dogs that had "accidents" in the house but he "always" takes care of that issue :) Most of all --- he is HONEST !!!
