We had a 30+ year old furnace and air conditioner that were no longer functioning efficiently, if at all. We had Todd, one of the owners of Kustom, come out to quote us on a new system. He spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly explaining and pricing out all our options. We made our choices and scheduled the installation date.
