From first contact to wrapping at the end Kustom did fantastic work, were kind and professional. They were fantastic with communication and just overall did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about the work Kustom did, and all of their different teams involved. You all made a rough situation very manageable and easy.

Highly recommend this company. Our finished basement flooded and we needed to have our drywall cut back, doors removed, carpet ripped out and everything replaced. From the very beginning, my (many) questions were answered. They helped me through the insurance tangle and provided great communication. I have to say, I am very happy with my experience with Kustoms. Not only were they expedite, they did quality work and were respectful of my house and values. Southeast michigan had a bad wind storm, and as busy as they were they made time for me. A shout out to John for the good work

We recently had a pack out company come to our home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, kind, courteous, and professional.
