Kustom Restoration in Cary, NC did a fabulous job converting my tub to a walk-in shower. Stephan did a tremendous job managing the various crews involved - plumbing, drywall and tiling. Communication was great throughout the project. Workers were skilled and professional. End result looks great!

In general, I was happy with the water mitigation and repair work. Kustom was communicative and attempted to work with my schedule. Stefan even helped me figure out which light bulbs to buy while i was out of town! On the negative side, there was some miscommunication which can happen when there are several pieces to the puzzle - water mitigation, repairs, painters, etc. These details were discussed with Kustom and generally remedied as they came up, but it did lead to some frustration on my end. Kustom restoration helped us immediately in our time of unfortunate events. We had a line on a toilet bidet bust in an upstairs bathroom causing water to flow through our kitchen ceiling lights and air vents. It destroyed a large section of our ceiling causing significant water damage in only 5 minutes. Kustom was who we called and they showed up right away to render aid.
