Kustom us restoration is a great company. I needed a piece of sheetrock replacing my bathroom due to water damage. Joe Cordes the boss man came out and looked over the job. His workers Dave, curtis, and Richard were very polite and knowledgeable. They did a hell of a job. I am very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future. We are a home owner that went through a water damage claim using Kustom as the vendor to manage the process. Brian the Project Manager guided us through the entire process. Excellent communicator and very professional we would recommend them to anyone for this process!

Initially, mitigation with Daniel was amazing! My shower unit was a unique situation as it was a Mesa whirlpool all in one system with all the bells and whistles. The leak was a valve which David Gray fixed. They unhooked the drain to move the unit enough to find a leaking valve. Noted there was significant water damage on the wall behind unit and entire unit would need to be pulled to get the water dry.
