Nuria managed the repairs at my parents home, who are elderly, and I can’t say enough great things about this young woman! Nuria, thank you so much for your dedication to their project. I apologize for being so skeptical in the beginning from a negative prior experience with an insurance claim. You truly went above and beyond and we are all extremely thankful. Hunter and his team are truly miracle workers. I had a small kitchen fire in my apartment, which caused a lot of damage, but the sprinklers caused even more damage from all the water. I called Hunter and he sent his crew of technicians. They were super effecient, profesional, and polite. The rebuilt everything and made it new again. Thank you Kustom!

I had an insurance claim from water damage in my home and contacted my provider (Citizens) who give me a lowball offer. I then contacted Scott Cohen, a Public Adjuster and worked with the program offered by Citizens, and I’m so happy I did. I was assigned Nuria Lozza to oversee all the work.
