I made an appointment for my granddaughter's hair to be done for senior pictures. When we arrived, I was informed that her appointment had been canceled because they didn't have time before they closed. 2:30 appt, closing at 4pm. I have been going to this salon for years and the prices have jumped tremendously and now this. I asked for the owner to call me, I was told she would be leaving for vacation. Not sure if I will hear from her. Staff was rude and dismissive of my concerns.
I've been to this salon many times before always got a decent haircut. I like the convenience of walking in whenever I can and walking out. Unfortunately a couple weeks ago I stopped in and ended up waiting to be serviced for an hour and around 15mins before I decided to cross my name off and leave. Im still not sure why I wasn't waited on I came in at a regular time for a regular haircut like I've done before but yet I was skipped by around 10 people give or take. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!! I went in to get my dead ends cut and they cut my hair to my shoulders (When it was almost to my butt) and made it extremely uneven and the only thing the hair stylist had to say is that my hair will grow back. When I asked for a refund the person running the place made it seem like I was the issue. Go spend your money somewhere where the employees actually cares and respect their customers.
Went in to get my dead ends trimmed and a little bit of layers the girl butchered my hair and another girl tried to fix how uneven it was. My hair is now to my shoulders after cutting way more then i ever asked. I am clearly upset and the lady just said ill have to wait for it to grow back. Needless to say i am extremely upset.
