When in for hair cut and made the mistake of saying the back was to the point I couldn't stand it being so long. So guess what, she only cut the back. Before I could say anything about sides and top she had the cape off and was walking away to collect money. AND, charged me full price . Probably not going back.
I've been to this salon many times before always got a decent haircut. I like the convince of walking in whenever I can and walking out. Unfortunately a couple weeks ago I stopped in and ended up waiting to be serviced for an hour and around 15mins before I decided to cross my name off and leave. Im still not sure why I wasn't waited on I came in at a regular time for a regular haircut like I've done before but yet I was skipped by around 10 people give or take.
