Called in to ask if they could paint my rims, the guy asked a super specific question about the material of my rims. I said I wasn’t sure but I could Google it, he said no thanks that’s not necessary and the phone went dead silent. Thought he figured it out and was looking into it, but just said no he can’t do it? Weird how you offer all sorts of customs but you can’t paint rims? Was not very helpful at all
