All our sales, service & installations are done by our own factory trained technicians. Unlike other companies & car dealers, we do not sub out our work, we do it all ourselves in house! Owner/Manager Karl Thatcher has been in the business of helping the physically challenged for over 30 years!

Recently my 4 year old Harmar Stair Lift failed to operate because the IGUS chain had become damaged and had lost its flexibility. When I called kustomability I didn't know the name of the chain. As I described it Sandy told me the name and said that she needed to know the length of the chain that I needed. I had to have someone measure for me and I called her back the next day and ordered. I had a big electrical puzzle with our Luggie scooter . Karl was able to advise me how to fix the problem. It was a huge relief.
