I saw one of their dentist Dr Westmoreland back in Dec of 2021 where I was over treated with fillings that resulted in the loss of a comfortable bite that she was unable to fix even after a second visit and a botched repair on my rebonded retainer. Furthermore more the practice had ME contact insurance to get a check reissued to get payment from that procedure after they sent me a bill 9 months later, where initially I was told I didn't need to. Very relaxed & friendly....I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist..... Elizabeth went above & beyond to get my insurance coverage for me.....she is a keeper.....bc.....
Dr. Cockrell is very professional, polite and respectful. He was very thoughtful and informative on my options for dental work and had me scheduled right away after my exam.
