I have a diabetic chinchilla. I almost ran out of her medicine again because it wasn't lasting for a whole month. I called yesterday and explained my situation. They agreed to send a little more in the bottle and Troy to put a rush on it because of Monday being the 4th. I got the medicine in the mail today. This is service above and beyond in my opinion. I live in Aberdeen and the medicine had to be shipped. Wow. Thank you!!
