Dr. Patel is an excellent surgeon, he did both of my rotator cuff surgeries and my son's ACL. He explains all procedures thoroughly and has great bedside manner. The staff at OSD is also very helpful especially the physical therapy department. I hope I never need another surgery but if I did I would have Dr Kushal Patel as my surgeon.
Dr. Patel was very attentive and took the time to listen and understand my concerns. Would definitely recommend to others needed Orthopedic care!
Check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and pleasant. Several people came in after me and were called to be seen before me. The person who finally called me for X-rays was visiting with another receptionist which is why I was made to wait. When I went back she kept telling me she was new and might have trouble getting the X-rays. She did have to ask someone to help. The whole wait and X-ray experience was not good.
