I called 45 minutes in advance to give a courtesy call for being late since I live two hours away and I was told by the receptionist(shott with long dark hair and highlights)I would be seen as they have a 15 minute policy and I would make it. I get inside and she starts to check me in when an African American lady with short hair and glasses dressed in grey whispered in her ears something and then laughs and walks away.
