Review for William Goodwin surgery. While I will give Dr. Patel credit for always having time to answer our questions and the surgery procedure being a success I have to give him a low rating as I will never return for his care. I was told my hand surgery would require a nerve block and MAC(twilight sleep anaesthesia). At no time was I told a general anaesthesia was even a remote possibility.
