Kurt and Denise helped us to sell our old house and purchase a new one earlier this year. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout. They also helped us get our old home ready for sale, providing valuable advice about which repairs were likely to offer a return on investment. Finally, we appreciated how accessible and responsive they were, including evenings and weekends. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Kurt and Denise did a great job of helping us navigate the entire process.
I’ve loved renting from these two :) The process was quick and easy and they have great communication. If something needed attention they were quick to respond and find someone to help.
