Dr. Bertram is very knowledgeable and has a thoughtful, reassuring bedside manner. I tend to be particular when it comes to doctors, and I’m glad I found him. He’s been very helpful as I recover from a recent foot fracture.
Very impressed with Dr. Bertram! My mom had just moved back to Maryland and a couple days later, we went to a MedStar urgent care. He wanted her to go to the ER because of a concern regarding swelling but also to take a look at her foot because it was badly infected. Dr. Bertram was deeply concerned about the condition of her foot because she'd had the wound for a few months and it wasn't healing. His level of care and concerns about my plan for treatment and procedure was very brief and limited. He spent very little time examine me. He said do physical therapy and see a neurologist. Even though I told him neurologist told me to see a foot doctor. He simply did nothing
