I brought in a newly acquired used car for a maintenance checkup. The good: Professional, courteous. The Bad: Expensive - in most cases anywhere from 45% to 75% more than similarly rated repair shops. In my case, they were also sloppy leaving broken parts in my engine. Added to this my car sounded much worse when I left than when I took it in.
