They are a fraud. They are unprofessional and unethical. Their practice and process are against Colorado Tenant/Landlord Rights and the law. They enter your apartment without notice or warning and let their employees steal your electronics when you are late with rent payments. They do not answer their phones and their voice mail is full at all times.
