Seemed uninterested in helping us find a property or land that would fit our situation even after I reached out twice.
Kurt was patient with us thru this process. Saw many houses but couldn't commit to one. Finally found one in pueblo west. Kurt and Jessica helped us along the way. Reminding us of tasks that would need to be done like earnest money, meeting with loan officer etc. I would recommend Kurt and his team if your house hunting. Thank you Kurt and Jessica.
Kurt made the deal much more difficult than it needed to be. He doesn't work on Saturdays, which doesn't work when you need answers in the middle of a real estate deal. I recommend going with someone who responds and keeps the process moving.
Kurt helped us get into our home 15 years ago! We had a great experience working with him to buy our first home which we are currently still loving. Every year we get a Happy Home Anniversary card and it is a lovely reminder of the day we closed. Kurt's experience in real estate made our home buying experience incredibly positive. Thanks again!
