Parking garage at Westgate property has no traffic control; people regularly drive 30mph through it, and there are blind spots at the turns to go up or down a level. Meredith is aware of the issues yet has ignored it for months, during which time my coworker suffered an accident. Thankfully it was only a minor scrape to her car. Unfortunately, if she had gotten seriously hurt, that might be the only impetus for them to fix the issues. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Called my business to request service. In order to determine which of our salespeople to send to the site I asked some routine questions. I was insulted by the woman on the phone, she disparaged my company and business practices, lied to me, tried to cover up and shift blame when i caught her lying, then hung up on me. I would have been happy to help with this project as I am not one of those people who thinks anything is beneath me, or not worth my time. Too bad the lady that reached out did not feel the same way.
