We have been using him for years. He has always given us quality care in the past.
Dr Finney provides one of the best eye exams both my husband and I have ever received. BUT... his office staff in Fredericksburg VA is terrible. Both my husband and I have been repeatedly billed for a service that is fully covered by our insurance. I have spoken on a monthly basis (as each bill arrived) with the billing company, Clarkson Eyecare. Dr. Finney is very professional. He is thorough when he is examining my eyes. He does ask if I have any questions and takes the time to answer them fully. I would highly recommend him for eye examinations.
My visits with Dr. Finney have been excellent. He is always professional and personally pleasant. He's a caring individual who does not rush through his appointments and explains things fully. I would trust him implicitly with my vision health.
