Beware. Ripoff. He is in my dental insurance plan. Half my bill was $3700 with dental insurance. Got on a plane & went to my dentist in NY. My total bill was $2050. Was told all the work Bolly said I needed was BS. This is the 3rd ripoff dentist in my Cigna dental insurance plan.
