He gets one star because he showed up. But there should be a negative rating scale for someone that happily takes your $$$ and when they do a poor and an incomplete job (putting it mildly) they do not offer to correct the MESS and finish the job. Yes, incomplete work with respect to what was agreed...messy work with horrible cut-ins...to top it off there are numerous paint stains and even footprints in the paint drippings on our patio. No offer was made to take corrective action or to give us a partial refund...just excuses!... read more
