I purchased some older Kurt tower vises and, as they'd been discontinued for several years, struggled to find the CAD models to use in my CAM software. One email to kurt and they were kind enough to provide me a model and directed me to another discontinued-but-still-supported product's parts page which shared many of the same parts in case I needed anything in the future. Amazing customer service and I'll definitely be looking at Kurt's products in the future.
Purchased a product from this company online. They sent me a different product and their customer service does not respond. Though they happily charged my account (immediately). Called the company directly and their automated phone system does not have a customer service or sales department.
