I first visited Dr.Krause about a year and a half ago after not visiting a dentist in over 10yrs. Over a period of about 8 months and many visits i was back to having a good set of teeth. He is VERY thorough of explaining your options and his recommendations. I will continue to have him as my dentist and recommend you do to !

Dr. Krause is exceptionally thorough and meticulous both in his examination & evaluation AND in his presentation of options for treatment. I recently had a chipped tooth, which I had assumed would mean a cap, but Dr, Krause suggested the option of reattaching the chip, which he was able to do, saving me time, money, and aggravation. Highly pleased!

I routinely saved it to bring in but had assumed I would probably be looking at a cap. Instead, Dr. Krause saved me time, aggravation, and expense by proposing that the chip could be reattached to the existing tooth, which it was. Highly pleased!
I had a cap come loose. I called and got a nearly immediate call back, before office hours. Dr. Krause arranged to meet me with 90 minutes, made the repair and had me on my way. Frankly, amazing service in this day and age.
I began treating with Dr. Krause after 30 years with another dentist; he uses up to date technology. Dr. Krause listens to all my concerns and provides detailed answers to any of my questions.
I would recommend Dr. Krause without hesitating. He is a young Cranford guy working hard to build his dental practice. He is honest and hardworking. His office is clean.
this dentist was not a nice person, even to his staff. he cursed. i will not be going back to this office.
Dr. Krause did the entire cleaning himself, which was a nice change from a hygienist, but my teeth did not come out clean and he took FOREVER (some people may find him to be thorough, though.) In addition, he was condescending to his staff which made things awkward. When I had a billing question I called him, and he got so upset that he hung up on me. Not very professional... I typically don't mind going to the dentist, but this was the most painful dental experience I've had, physically and mentally.
