When we decided to move from the North Bay to the Grass Valley area in 2000, Kurt was one of the first realtors here to have and respond to internet requests. We had just visited Grass Valley and had an idea of what we wanted (older bungalow, in town, bigger yard, second building for an art studio, etc.). Within days he had several units for us to look at.
