I called Dr. Massey's office this morning because my sons appointment at different podiatrist's office was canceled and we had already been waiting weeks for that appointment. The receptionist listened to our experience and was so kind as to go above and beyond to help us get an appointment ASAP with Dr. Massey and she got us in today!! Putting this up on my alt account (the one that I'm currently using). Dr. Massey is rude and does not care about his patients. I had bunion surgery and second toe shortening done by him. Based off of several different sources (hospital foot doctor, Mayo Clinic, ect), I have a misalignment due to a fall I had when cleared to go about on a knee scooter/crutches.
