Great introduction to sri lankan cuisine, reccommend read the website to appreciate the food more! Favorite dishes are the deviled protein dishes as a spice lover, depending on if in person or takeout they may skimp on the deviled sauce, be brave & ask for more. Try the pineapple chutney. Unfortunately, the food was not good. I was really looking forward to an authentic Sri Lankan meal.
Unreal. Some of the best food I've had in LA, period. I've never tried Sri Lankan food before and the flavors were complex and bursting with layers- that I suddenly realized I needed in my life! Their paneer curry and their take on paella were absolutely mindblowing. And the kindest staff. My boyfriend and I were taken aback. Just WOW. We will be back!
Why did it take me so long to find this gem? Sri Lankan food is unique, so flavorful, a delicious well curated menu. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. Only suggestion…revamp the menu. Way too hard to read and could be overwhelming. Keep menu simple with bigger darker font. This is such a unique find! Can’t wait to go back. I enjoyed the shrimp salad, chicken curry and biryani. Also their chai was so so delicious
