We just lost our sweet cat after 8 wonderful years with her. In the process of losing her, I've had issues with the vet, but Kurrus was able to clarify one major concern which led me to where I needed to be to resolve an issue. After the fact, they also graciously recreated her certificate of cremation with more details, and Amy called me to let me know when it was ready and to ask what she looked like to give me a charm to represent her. They were so kind and helpful with the passing of our dog, Lyanna. It was on a Saturday evening when she passed. All vets were closed, and they were kind enough to come in (for a small after hours fee), talk with us about options for cremation. He was kind, made the process extremely easy, listened to our stories. Gave us time to get paw and nose prints. Very friendly and compassionate staff
Last February we lost our sweet dog and it was after our vet had closed and we didn’t know what we were going to do… but we call Kurrus and I will never take my fur babies anywhere else! The whole process was so nice… our boy was treated like a family member and everyone there was so amazing !
Got a family memebers pet cremated and they were sooo caring about it all!
