I’d give Kuroda 10 stars if I could. Somebody hit my truck and it had a pretty nuts dent in the side. I took it to Kuroda to get fixed. Shanna took care of everything and explained it all really well for me as I’ve never had to deal with this process before. She answered all my questions and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. So dissapointed and frustrating!!! Don’t waste your time with this company just take your money somewhere else. I was referred here because word is they do excellent bodywork but their customer service is so terrible I never got to find out. I easily made an inspection appointment, the front desk staff were nice and the inspector had an eye for spotting even the smallest damage. I came in to set up an appointment for my bumper which was hanging down on one side a few inches due to broken pins. Set up an appointment and while I did so a very kind customer service representative had a mechanic come out and he had just repinned it up real quick and it looks completely fine. There work looks great on other vehicles and the service I just received was amazing. Will definitely return here in the future for any auto body issues I may have.
