I was in an accident recently - someone ran a stop sign and barreled into my truck - and I ended up with quite a bit of front end damage. I was referred to Kuroda Auto Body Inc. by a friend and I am glad I took my truck to them for the accident appraisal done by Jayme, who was excellent! The women in the office were very sweet and comforting. They also repaired my coolant resevoir, so that my truck would not overheat. The biggest take-away from this experience is that Mr. Robert Kuroda (Staff Sergeant) and his brother are decorated WWII heroes and he died in combat protecting this country. I’d give Kuroda 10 stars if I could. Somebody hit my truck and it had a pretty nuts dent in the side. I took it to Kuroda to get fixed. Shanna took care of everything and explained it all really well for me as I’ve never had to deal with this process before. She answered all my questions and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I was worried about how normal it would look after, if the colors would match and everything, but it turned out perfect.
