I had a similar experience with the lady there. Very rude and dismissive. Until recently the bike repair was good. Then I received a $250 bill to replace new parts… I tried really hard to support these guys but I think they have given up on the basics like manners and good value.
I went in with my son to get a helmet and gloves and the lady was so offhand and rude to us. Strangely as soon as an older couple walked in she was super friendly to them and couldn’t be more helpful. We couldn’t understand it and were quite shocked! Won’t be going back which is shame as it’s our local bike shop
Just had my bike service by Charlie. He did an awesome job!
These people tried to charge me $25 for a simple quick release! $10 for labour which would take 2 mins and $15 for the quick release itself! In Gordon they charged me $5 in total! Free labour and only charging how much it actually costs. Don’t go here. EVER!
They had horrible customer service it’s like I was invisible and I had to make the first move. They didn’t greet me and they made faces at me when I made them help me with stuff. I’m very disappointed with that Asian woman she should be fired
